Notice Regarding Legacy LoJack
Notice Regarding Legacy LoJack RF Vehicle Recovery Systems in the United States
Effective March 26, 2026, the legacy LoJack radio frequency (“RF”) vehicle recovery network in the United States was decommissioned.
This notice applies only to certain legacy LoJack RF vehicle recovery systems sold and installed before the March 2021 sale of the LoJack U.S. stolen vehicle recovery business. This notice does not apply to LoJack products or services offered outside the United States or to other LoJack-branded products and services that do not rely on the legacy U.S. RF vehicle recovery network.
As a result of the decommissioning of the legacy RF network, legacy LoJack RF vehicle recovery services utilizing that network were discontinued effective March 26, 2026 in the United States.
Customers who purchased a legacy LoJack RF product may have received different warranty, extended warranty, or protection program coverage depending on the product purchased, the date of purchase, and other applicable terms and conditions. The discontinuation of the legacy RF network does not, by itself, determine whether any customer may have rights under an applicable warranty, extended warranty, protection program, or other agreement.
