Adams is an accomplished technology leader who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to CalAmp. He possesses a unique combination of technical depth, operational skills, and general management experience from a broad range of technology companies – most recently as VP/GM of the Automotive Sensing Division at onsemi.

Adams started his career in engineering and engineering leadership and has served in general management roles for more than 20 years. Prior to his current role at onsemi, Adams held business unit leadership roles with LSI Logic, Sony Electronics, and BAE Systems. Adams also served as President and CEO of Pixim, an imaging semiconductor company that was subsequently acquired by Sony Electronics. Adams holds a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.

Jikun Kim joined CalAmp as Chief Financial Officer in January 2023. Prior to joining CalAmp, Jikun served as the Chief Financial Officer at Momentus Inc. where he successfully navigated through a challenging de-SPAC process and then operated the public company. Prior to Momentus, Jikun served as the Chief Financial Officer of public and private companies operating in the semiconductor, 3D printing and aerospace and defense industries. In many of his roles, he has consistently showcased an ability to build business platforms that generate predictable future revenue growth and cash flow. Jikun holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from UC Berkeley, MS in Electrical Engineering from UC Los Angeles and has an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Mark Gaydos is the Chief Marketing Officer at CalAmp responsible for leading CalAmp’s worldwide marketing and product teams to help organizations understand the value of automating and optimizing their transportation and logistics processes. Gaydos joined CalAmp in January 2022 and brings more than 25 years of enterprise software marketing experience helping technology companies establish leadership and rapidly grow revenue.

Before joining CalAmp, Gaydos served as the CMO at Nlyte Software where he led marketing and sales development (SDR) teams to drive software revenue growth within the IT infrastructure marketplace. Prior to Nlyte, as senior vice president of marketing at Engine Yard, he drove marketing strategy and demand generation for the leading cloud application solution (PaaS) provider. Prior to that he held a variety of marketing leadership roles at enterprise companies including Oracle and SAP.

Gaydos has an M.B.A. in management science from San Diego State University and a B.A. in economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Nathan Lowstuter is senior vice president of global supply chain and operations at CalAmp and responsible for all supply chain and logistics across CalAmp’s global operations and contract manufacturing. Lowstuter joined CalAmp in June 2020 and brings over 20 years of progressive leadership experience in global supply chain, quality control, lean manufacturing operations and project management.

Before joining CalAmp, Lowstuter developed and scaled high-performing supply chains for mid-sized venture-capital and private-equity companies across several industries, including electric vehicles, logistics and event services, solar, and commercial refrigeration. Additionally, the foundational period of his career was spent at large Fortune 100 companies including Honeywell (commercial vehicles & aerospace), Boeing (space & communications) and FedEx. He has expertise in building results-driven teams and functional process and system infrastructure to support growth, profitability and customer needs.

Lowstuter earned his MBA from the University of Southern California and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Manufacturing Expert from Honeywell.

Paul Washicko is the Senior Vice President of Product Management for CalAmp and leads an accomplished team across the company’s telematics portfolio of hardware and software solutions. Paul has more than 20 years of leadership experience in telematics spanning engineering, operations management, strategy, product development, and M&A.  Prior to joining CalAmp, he was the VP and General Manager of ConMet’s Digital Business Unit and previously led CalAmp’s SaaS Telematics Business Unit as VP/GM.  Paul started his career in telematics as President of Networkcar, a telematics company he led through years of high growth and eventual sale to Hughes Telematics.  He led a team at Networkcar, which pioneered remote diagnostics and asset management for vehicle fleets.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona and an MBA from the Marshall School at the University of Southern California.

Maurizio Iperti joined LoJack Italia in 2008 and is now CalAmp's EMEA President. LoJack Italia helps drive the growth of nearly 500,000 customers by providing intelligent solutions and delivering significant returns on investment to rental companies, car manufacturers and dealerships and insurance companies. Today he focuses on the company's launch of solutions in the Transport & Logistic and Supply Chain markets.

Iperti has extensive experience in the SaaS and Automobile sector behind him. In the last 25 years he has led the growth and creation of value for companies of the Pirelli and Momo group with international responsibility in the United States (California), Sweden and Russia.

Iperti graduated in Economics and Commerce from the Luigi Bocconi University in Milan.

Christian Horne joined CalAmp in June 2022. He is a strategic sales executive with decades of experience driving expert strategies, building high-performing teams, and leading sales organizations and companies to generate revenue and scale alongside rapid growth.

Throughout his career, he led organizations in various stages of development to achieve success – ranging from taking an organization public to scoping out opportunities to enter new verticals within start-up environments – gaining a blend of experiences shaping his ability to lead and execute high-impact sales strategies.

Most recently, he served as the VP of Sales for FluentStream, charged with building a sales organization and identifying opportunities to develop an organic sales model within a start-up environment. At Lytx, he collaborated with executive leadership to transform the company's sales model and bring products to market in the SMB vertical.

His experience additionally includes nearly 10 years leading strategy and transformational change at Verizon Connect/Fleetmatics. Originally hired as an Account Executive, he quickly grew into a Director, and later, VP role. Throughout his tenure, he supported the company’s growth from 100 employees to lead a 500+ sales organization. Guiding teams thru IPO on to a $2.4B valuation. Following Fleetmatics’ acquisition by Verizon, he was tapped to manage change as the company underwent transformation, integrating multiple companies’ sales people and processes into one cohesive unit and working to continuously improve operations.

As a leader, he enjoys solving complex problems and leveraging innovation to address business pain points. Moreover, he is passionate about cultivating collaborative team cultures built upon trust and committed to employee success. As a people-centered leader, he equips his teams with the resources they need to be successful, to develop and retain top talent, supporting my team to grow personally and professionally.

Vice President of Engineering

Ali Ghulamali is Vice President of Engineering at CalAmp. He is responsible for Hardware, Embedded Software, Cloud Platform and Application Software development. In addition, he oversees Quality Engineering and Technical Program Management. Ali joined CalAmp in 2017 bringing with him 20+ years of experience in software development and building scalable solutions with cross functional teams spread across the globe.

Ali holds a degree in Information & Computer Science from University of California, Irvine.
