Cynthia Paul, CFA is the Chief Investment Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Lynrock Lake LP. She serves on the Board of Directors and on the Executive Committee of the Board of Allot Ltd. (NASDAQ: ALLT), a network intelligence and security-as-a-service software solutions provider. Cynthia serves on the Board of Directors and on the Strategic Committee of the Board of ON24, Inc. (NYSE: ONTF), an enterprise software company that provides a cloud-based sales and marketing platform for digital engagement. She serves as Chairperson of Uplynk, Inc., a privately-held cloud-based software company that provides an end-to-end video streaming platform for broadcasters, media companies, and content owners worldwide. From 2018 until the company’s sale in 2021, Cynthia served on the Board of Directors of DSP Group, Inc., (NASDAQ: DSPG), a publicly-traded semiconductor company. She served as Chairperson of the Nomination and Corporate Governance Committee, a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee. Cynthia served as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Conexant Systems, LLC, a privately-held semiconductor company, from 2013 until the company’s sale in 2017. From 2002 to 2017, Cynthia served as a portfolio manager at Soros Fund Management LLC (“SFM”), where she managed a portfolio across corporate credit, convertible and equity securities. She joined SFM in 2000 and served on SFM’s Investment Committee. Prior to joining SFM, she worked at The Palladin Group in 1999 and at JP Morgan from 1994 to 1999, most recently as Head of Convertible Research. Ms. Paul graduated from Princeton University in 1994 with an Independent Major in Statistics and Operations Research, a Certificate from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs, and a Certificate in Engineering Management Systems. Ms. Paul is an advisory board member and former board member of AlphaSense Inc., a software company providing intelligent search to enterprise customers.

Jikun Kim joined CalAmp as Chief Financial Officer in January 2023. Prior to joining CalAmp, Jikun served as the Chief Financial Officer at Momentus Inc. where he successfully navigated through a challenging de-SPAC process and then operated the public company. Prior to Momentus, Jikun served as the Chief Financial Officer of public and private companies operating in the semiconductor, 3D printing and aerospace and defense industries. In many of his roles, he has consistently showcased an ability to build business platforms that generate predictable future revenue growth and cash flow. Jikun holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from UC Berkeley, MS in Electrical Engineering from UC Los Angeles and has an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Ali Ghulamali is Vice President of Engineering at CalAmp. He is responsible for Hardware, Embedded Software, Cloud Platform and Application Software development. In addition, he oversees Quality Engineering and Technical Program Management. Ali joined CalAmp in 2017 bringing with him 20+ years of experience in software development and building scalable solutions with cross functional teams spread across the globe.
Ali holds a degree in Information & Computer Science from University of California, Irvine.

Paul Washicko is the General Manager for Telematics Solutions and Senior Vice President of Product Management for CalAmp and leads an accomplished team across the company’s telematics portfolio of hardware and software solutions. Paul has more than 20 years of leadership experience in telematics spanning engineering, operations management, strategy, product development, and M&A. Prior to joining CalAmp, he was the VP and General Manager of ConMet’s Digital Business Unit and previously led CalAmp’s SaaS Telematics Business Unit as VP/GM. Paul started his career in telematics as President of Networkcar, a telematics company he led through years of high growth and eventual sale to Hughes Telematics. He led a team at Networkcar, which pioneered remote diagnostics and asset management for vehicle fleets.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona and an MBA from the Marshall School at the University of Southern California.

Maurizio Iperti joined LoJack Italia in 2008 and is now President of Connected Car Solutions.
Throughout his tenure, Maurizio led LoJack’s expansion, increasing the number of acquired LoJack Licensee Units in the UK and Mexico, and opening new LoJack Units in Spain and France.
By providing B2B and B2B2C intelligent solutions that deliver significant returns on investment and opportunities to generate additional revenue, LoJack Connected Car Solutions has developed international agreements with OEMs and dealerships, enabling further geographical expansion.
Iperti has extensive experience in the SaaS and automobile sectors. Over the past 25 years, he has driven growth and created value for companies in the Pirelli and Momo groups, holding international responsibilities in the United States (California), Sweden, and Russia.
He graduated in Economics and Business Administration from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan.
