Adams is an accomplished technology leader who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to CalAmp. He possesses a unique combination of technical depth, operational skills, and general management experience from a broad range of technology companies – most recently as VP/GM of the Automotive Sensing Division at onsemi.
Adams started his career in engineering and engineering leadership and has served in general management roles for more than 20 years. Prior to his current role at onsemi, Adams held business unit leadership roles with LSI Logic, Sony Electronics, and BAE Systems. Adams also served as President and CEO of Pixim, an imaging semiconductor company that was subsequently acquired by Sony Electronics. Adams holds a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.
Jikun Kim joined CalAmp as Chief Financial Officer in January 2023. Prior to joining CalAmp, Jikun served as the Chief Financial Officer at Momentus Inc. where he successfully navigated through a challenging de-SPAC process and then operated the public company. Prior to Momentus, Jikun served as the Chief Financial Officer of public and private companies operating in the semiconductor, 3D printing and aerospace and defense industries. In many of his roles, he has consistently showcased an ability to build business platforms that generate predictable future revenue growth and cash flow. Jikun holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from UC Berkeley, MS in Electrical Engineering from UC Los Angeles and has an MBA from Columbia Business School.
Nathan Lowstuter is senior vice president of global supply chain and operations at CalAmp and responsible for all supply chain and logistics across CalAmp’s global operations and contract manufacturing. Lowstuter joined CalAmp in June 2020 and brings over 20 years of progressive leadership experience in global supply chain, quality control, lean manufacturing operations and project management.
Before joining CalAmp, Lowstuter developed and scaled high-performing supply chains for mid-sized venture-capital and private-equity companies across several industries, including electric vehicles, logistics and event services, solar, and commercial refrigeration. Additionally, the foundational period of his career was spent at large Fortune 100 companies including Honeywell (commercial vehicles & aerospace), Boeing (space & communications) and FedEx. He has expertise in building results-driven teams and functional process and system infrastructure to support growth, profitability and customer needs.
Lowstuter earned his MBA from the University of Southern California and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Manufacturing Expert from Honeywell.
Ali Ghulamali is Vice President of Engineering at CalAmp. He is responsible for Hardware, Embedded Software, Cloud Platform and Application Software development. In addition, he oversees Quality Engineering and Technical Program Management. Ali joined CalAmp in 2017 bringing with him 20+ years of experience in software development and building scalable solutions with cross functional teams spread across the globe.
Ali holds a degree in Information & Computer Science from University of California, Irvine.

Paul Washicko is the General Manager for Telematics Solutions and Senior Vice President of Product Management for CalAmp and leads an accomplished team across the company’s telematics portfolio of hardware and software solutions. Paul has more than 20 years of leadership experience in telematics spanning engineering, operations management, strategy, product development, and M&A. Prior to joining CalAmp, he was the VP and General Manager of ConMet’s Digital Business Unit and previously led CalAmp’s SaaS Telematics Business Unit as VP/GM. Paul started his career in telematics as President of Networkcar, a telematics company he led through years of high growth and eventual sale to Hughes Telematics. He led a team at Networkcar, which pioneered remote diagnostics and asset management for vehicle fleets.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly Pomona and an MBA from the Marshall School at the University of Southern California.

Maurizio Iperti joined LoJack Italia in 2008 and is now President of Connected Car Solutions.
Throughout his tenure, Maurizio led LoJack’s expansion, increasing the number of acquired LoJack Licensee Units in the UK and Mexico, and opening new LoJack Units in Spain and France.
By providing B2B and B2B2C intelligent solutions that deliver significant returns on investment and opportunities to generate additional revenue, LoJack Connected Car Solutions has developed international agreements with OEMs and dealerships, enabling further geographical expansion.
Iperti has extensive experience in the SaaS and automobile sectors. Over the past 25 years, he has driven growth and created value for companies in the Pirelli and Momo groups, holding international responsibilities in the United States (California), Sweden, and Russia.
He graduated in Economics and Business Administration from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan.

Thomas Ayers is an experienced executive leader with a proven track record of driving technology and product success. With extensive expertise in semiconductors, Application-Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), systems, and software, he has built high-performing teams through both organic growth and strategic global mergers and acquisitions. Thomas brings a multidisciplinary engineering background and excels in operations, technical marketing, core R&D, and product development.
He holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Buffalo. His leadership in the edge device sector is marked by his commitment to innovation and operational excellence.
