RMA Request

Return Material Authorization is required when returning equipment for factory repair.

All requests for units under warranty are repaired free of charge unless there is evidence of abuse or damage beyond the terms of the warranty. Requests for out of warranty repairs will require a purchase order and are subject to credit approval.

This form may be used to request Return Material Authorization for up to ten (8) CalAmp Wireless Networks products. All online requests will be reviewed by a Technical Support Representative within 24 hours. For more than 8 units, please call (507) 833-8819 or email RMA-WNG@CalAmp.com
