Directions from Burbank Airport (BUR):

  • Take the 134 freeway West
  • Take the 101 freeway North towards Ventura
  • After going through the San Fernando Valley and past Thousand Oaks, continue down the Conejo Grade toward Camarillo
  • Exit on Rice Avenue in the city of Oxnard
  • Turn left at the light onto Rice Avenue and go over the bridge
  • Make a right onto Latigo Avenue
  • Make a right onto Maulhardt Avenue
  • The entrance to our parking lot is from Maulhardt Avenue
  • Go down until you see 1401 (on the right hand side) and turn into the driveway
  • The entrance to the building is in front facing Rice Avenue

Directions from Los Angeles Airport (LAX):

  • Take the 405 Freeway NORTH
  • Take the 101 Freeway NORTH towards Ventura
  • After going through the San Fernando Valley and past Thousand Oaks, continue down the Conejo Grade toward Camarillo
  • Exit on Rice Avenue in the city of Oxnard
  • Turn left at the light onto Rice Avenue and go over the bridge

  • Take the 101 freeway South towards Los Angeles
  • Exit on Rose Avenue in the city of Oxnard
  • Turn right onto Rose Ave
  • Make a Left onto Gonzalez Road
  • Make a right onto Rice Ave
  • Make a right onto Latigo Avenue
  • Make a right onto Maulhardt Avenue
  • Go down until you see 1401 (on the right hand side) and turn into the driveway
  • The entrance to the building is in front facing Rice Avenue
