This form may be used to request Return Material Authorization for up to four (4) Dataradio COR Ltd. products. If you require factory service for more than 4 units, please call 1.507.833.6707. The following information is required to make a request for Return Material Authorization :

All requests for units under warranty are repaired free of charge unless there is evidence of abuse or damage beyond the terms of the warranty. Requests for out of warranty repairs will require a purchase order and are subject to credit approval.

Customer Service hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm CST. All request for RMA received before 3:00 pm will receive an authorization number the same business day.
